Introduction

Pasta Carbonara is a classic Italian dish that combines simple ingredients to create a rich and creamy masterpiece. With just eggs, cheese, bacon, and pasta, you can whip up a delicious meal that will impress your friends and family.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the heat and drain excess fat.

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the pancetta. Toss well to combine.

  5. Slowly pour the egg mixture over the pasta, stirring constantly to coat the noodles. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it out.

  6. Serve the Pasta Carbonara hot, garnished with extra cheese and black pepper.

  7. Enjoy your creamy, decadent Pasta Carbonara!
