Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that is loved by many, and with this gluten-free recipe, you can enjoy it without any worries. The combination of creamy mascarpone cheese, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a hint of cocoa powder is simply irresistible.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and rum or coffee liqueur.
  5. Quickly dip each gluten-free ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them for too long.
  6. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  10. Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
