Introduction

Who doesn't love a delicious pizza? And when it's gluten-free, it's even better! In this recipe, we're going to show you how to make bite-sized joy with our gluten-free mini Margherita pizzas. These little delights are perfect for parties, get-togethers, or just a fun night in.

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out small circles using a cookie cutter.
  5. Place the mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on each crust.
  7. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
